All orders placed on our website www.vrikshasattva.com are shipped through SpeedPost/ Domestic Courier companies.
The minimum duration for the orders to be delivered to our customers would be 3 days and the maximum duration for the orders to be delivered would be 10 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to the delivery service provider’s norms.
Vrikshā is not liable for any delay in delivery by Speed Post or Courier Company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 7 business days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the Shipping Address provided by the customer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID/mobile number as specified during order placement.
