Refund Policy

Refund/Replacement Policy:

Refund/replacement can be claimed only for the damages caused during transit. In order for the damaged product to be eligible for replacement/refund, please make sure that:

●  Sufficient evidence is collected for damage during transit.
●  You get in touch with us within 24hrs of receiving the product.
●  You retain the original packaging for shipment.

In case of any damage during transit, representatives of Vrikshā will offer a replacement of the exact same product(s) and only in the case of a replacement not being available will a refund be offered. Our decision regarding this will be binding and final.
